Duties and Responsibilities 
As Public Relations Manager (Cluster), I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:


•    Assist in the resort internal quarterly newsletter.  

•    Conduct site inspection and tours for journalists, supporting the Marketing Communications Manager.  

•    Support Marketing Communications Manager on media, designer and industry relations and special events.  

•    Distribute press information to all internal and external contacts.  

•    Coordinate with sales team to be updated on publicity and events.  

•    Assist on the organization of Resort events (e.g. open days, Fam trips, conferences, etc.) and serve as the company's spokesperson for the media if instructed to do so.  

•    Assist in creating and executing innovative public relations and publicity programs that will increase revenue and awareness, creating a positive perception of the hotel, its spa, restaurants, services, hosts.  

•    Use technology and manage social media platforms effectively to communicate and influence throughout the organization.  

•    Assist in controlling website content and quality; ensure the success of the site through two-way communications with reservations and sales and maximize opportunities for publicity in all media through careful research and media requirements.  

•    Ensure media kits and other Public Relations related material originating from resort is appropriate, error-free and compliments the brand.  

•    Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.  

•    Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.  

Qualifications
To execute the position of Public Relations Manager (Cluster), I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:


•    Possess a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Journalism or Communications, or related field preferred and at least one year's previous experience as a Public Relations Manager in similar hotel role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. More than three years' experience in a similar role, preferred.  

•    Possess at least one year of related sales experience in a luxury environment, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.

•    Technical skills include proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel-specific systems such as PMS and sales platforms.

•    Exhibit strong problem-solving, organizational abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•    I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, operating standards, and sustainability practices.

•    Fluent in English.
