The successful candidate will play apivotal role in ensuring that the sector's long -term business plans are alignedwith the approved strategy, and will develop robust financial models for the sector assets and projects, contributing to the achievement of the sector's objectivesfor the coming decades.  Responsibilities:  - Business Model Development: Lead the development ofcomprehensive financial models, incorporating both financial and non -financialmetrics, and rigorously test inputs and methodologies. - Presentation Creation: Develop and present clear,compelling presentations that communicate the sector's narrative, strategy,development programs, and financial implications to diverse audiences. -  Goal Assessment& Monitoring: Assess and track thesector's goals in alignment with NEOM's overarching objectives, ensuring theeffective execution of corresponding implementation plans. - Process Improvement: Identify areas ofimprovement in internal processes and execution plans that can enhance thesector's ability to achieve its goals. -  StrategicDirection & Market Analysis: Supportthe development of strategic direction by analyzing market trends andtranslating these into actionable financial modeling insights. -  Collaboration withExternal Providers: Engage with externalservice providers, such as top -tier consulting firms and industry experts, todeliver key strategic projects requiring global expertise.  Requirements:   ProfessionalExperience:  years ofprofessional experience, with at least 3 years in strategic consulting.  - Provenexperience in managing financial modeling teams for large -scale projects,bench -marking financial inputs, and reviewing financial models.  - Experience ininvestment and fund modeling, particularly in large -scale capital projects oreconomic development.  - Strong academicbackground, preferably with a master's degree or equivalent qualification.  Core Skills  - FinancialModeling Expertise: Ability to build financial models from scratch, reviewexisting models, and analyze their alignment with the sector strategy.  - Presentation Skills:Expertise in creating and delivering high -quality presentations (PowerPoint)that clearly communicate complex financial data to executive -level audiences.  - BusinessStrategy & Finance Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge in businessstrategy, corporate finance, and operating models.  - Industry Knowledge:In -depth understanding of the entertainment, cultural, and fashion industries. Soft Skills  - Ability to workindependently and manage a high level of accountability.  - Strongproblem -solving and decision -making skills with structured thinking.  - Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to influence decisions based ondata -driven insights.  - Ability tothrive in a dynamic, fast -paced, and evolving work environment.  - Entrepreneurialmindset with a focus on delivering results in a high -pressure, startup -likesetting.  - Willingness totravel to NEOM as required.  RequirementsA Master's degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred.Equivalent professional qualifications or extensive relevant experience may also be considered instead of formal education.
