Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception area.

المهام الرئيسية:

  • استقبال الزوار والترحيب بهم بطريقة احترافية.

  • الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية وتحويلها للإدارات المعنية.

  • تنسيق مواعيد الاجتماعات والحجوزات عند الحاجة.

  • التعامل مع البريد الوارد والصادر.

  • الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة الاستقبال.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, diploma in administration is a plus.

  • Previous reception experience is an advantage.

  • Presentable appearance and polite communication.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • English language is a plus.
