We are hiring a
Saudi
VP Marketing & Corporate Communication for one of our esteemed clients.

This position is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organization's brand, marketing strategy, and communication vision. This role drives corporate visibility, reputation management, strategic messaging, and integrated marketing programs to support business growth and stakeholder engagement. The VP leads the marketing, branding, PR, digital communication, and content development functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and corporate communication strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, market differentiation, and corporate storytelling.
  • Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and executive team on communication trends, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance management.

2. Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms, including digital, print, and internal communications.
  • Lead development of brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual identity.
  • Protect and enhance corporate reputation through proactive brand monitoring.

3. Corporate Communication

  • Oversee all internal and external communication channels for clarity, consistency, and impact.
  • Manage executive communications: speeches, statements, key messages, media responses, and board-level communication.
  • Drive corporate narrative through storytelling aligned with company values and strategy.
  • Lead crisis communication and issues management.

4. Marketing & Digital Strategy

  • Lead digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and performance analytics.
  • Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns to support business development and talent acquisition (if applicable).
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.

5. Public Relations & Media Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Oversee media relations strategies, press releases, interviews, and thought leadership.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and public forums when needed.
  • Ensure proactive management of corporate reputation across markets.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop communication strategies for clients, partners, regulators, and internal teams.
  • Ensure high-quality communication supporting corporate governance and investor relations (if applicable).
  • Lead strategic initiatives for community engagement, CSR, and corporate events.

7. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing and communication team.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee performance evaluations, skills development, and team structure optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience

  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in marketing, corporate communication, or brand leadership.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale marketing and communication functions.
  • Strong track record in brand strategy, digital marketing, PR, and reputation management.
