Position Summary

City Squares Company is seeking a qualified Marketing and Customer Service Officer to manage marketing activities and ensure excellent customer service standards. The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and digital promotions.
  • Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement and performance.
  • Prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on client requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support events, exhibitions, and promotional activities organized by the company.
  • Contribute to market research and competitor analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in marketing or customer service (preferably in Saudi Arabia).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
