Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a MEP Sales Engineer. The MEP Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to promote and sell mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions, providing technical support, and addressing customer needs. Daily tasks include identifying prospective clients, preparing sales proposals, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales to identify customer needs and provide tailored MEP solutions
- Technical Support expertise to offer guidance and resolve technical challenges
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and knowledge of MEP systems and applications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for MEP design and project management
- Previous experience in MEP industry or construction projects is a plus
