About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Finalizer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate combines artistic creativity with technical precision, turning concepts into polished, client-ready 3D visuals with a strong eye for design and perfection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finalize and refine 3D models and renders using 3ds Max and other design tools to deliver top-quality visual outputs.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and visual consistency across all design elements and final renderings.
  • Collaborate closely with 3D Designers, Project Managers, and Creative Directors to achieve project goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Apply lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques to enhance realism and visual impact.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize scenes for efficient rendering and production use.
  • Contribute creative ideas during design development and visual enhancement phases.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering engines.
  • Strong 3D design and visualization skills from modeling to rendering.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, AutoCAD, or After Effects is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of materials, lighting, and composition for both stills and animation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy in design and drafting.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a 3D design or visualization role.
  • Experience in architecture, interior design, or creative production environments is an advantage.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating 3D design and finalization capabilities is required.
