Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for leveraging company data, and drive the adoption of AI-powered analytics.
  • Design and deploy data modeling processes, using predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, providing guidance on best practices in data analysis, modeling, and insights generation.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI and machine learning, evaluating and adopting new tools and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role, with a focus on AI and machine learning projects.
  • Proven expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and modeling techniques.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, and familiarity with SQL and database technologies.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
