We are seeking an experienced and highly driven
Finance Manager

to join our team. This is a
senior-level role

responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring strong financial governance, accuracy, and strategic decision-making support.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, with the ability to work closely with executive management and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and financial policies.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance.
  • Develop and control budgets, forecasts, and cost management plans.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and decision-makers.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and financial controls.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Support strategic planning and long-term financial sustainability of the company.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's or professional certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience
     in finance or accounting roles, with at least
    3–5 years in a managerial or senior position
    .
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
