Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Department.
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases for factory staff.
- Assist in recruitment processes: posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate attendance, leaves, and overtime tracking for production employees.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, warnings, memos, and certificates.
- Support payroll preparation by providing updated attendance and manpower reports.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues and escalating matters when needed.
- Support training coordination, health & safety documentation, and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate with operations, production, and admin teams on HR-related requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Familiarity with Saudi Labour Law and HR procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
