Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Department: Sales

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing business opportunities for Hexture's digital solutions, including administrative communication systems, asset management, committees & meeting management, document management, and other digital transformation products. The role includes generating leads, managing the sales cycle, preparing proposals, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, social media, visits, and networking.
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate Hexture solution.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to deliver demos and solution presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewal.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report regularly on progress.
  • Represent Hexture professionally in meetings, events, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in lead generation and B2B sales.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
