Role Description

This temporary on-site role, based in Al Khobar, is for a Sales Manager specializing in selling training services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and creating tailored solutions for organizations. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets, conduct market analysis, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting Hikma Institute's training programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for market research, performance evaluation, and interpreting data to drive sales strategies
  • Team Management and leadership abilities to coordinate with colleagues and inspire performance
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to build client relationships, understand needs, and develop solutions
  • Experience in Training services or similar industries is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and a results-oriented approach
