Description

The candidate will be mobilized to one of the following sites based on their qualifications:

  1. Hajar
  2. Qurayah
  3. Murjan
  4. Durma
  5. Shoaiba
  6. Yanbu

For Water Sector (Shoaiba & Yanbu)

(Applicable for all engineering/managerial roles mobilized to Shoaiba and Yanbu.)

Must Have:

  • Relevant Water Sector Experience (minimum 3–5 years)
  • Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) desalination experience
  • (operation, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, or EPC project experience)
  • Knowledge of water treatment processes, membranes, pumps, dosing systems, and QA/HSE requirements specific to water facilities
  • Previous experience working on large-scale industrial water plants (desalination, wastewater, or potable water systems)
  • GCC or KSA project experience

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with SEC/SWCC/RC standards (if applicable to the site)
  • Experience working with EPC contractors or consultants in water projects

For Oil & Gas (Hajar, Qurayah, Murjan & Durma)

Must Have:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Proven background relevant to the role applied for
  • (e.g., project management, planning, QA/QC, HSE, or discipline-specific engineering)
  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas construction/maintenance standards
  • Experience with site execution, commissioning, or operations in upstream/downstream projects

Preferred:

  • Aramco certification/approval (if applicable)
  • Experience with international standards (API, ASME, OSHA, ISO, NFPA, etc.)
  • Background in EPC projects or brownfield upgrades

Role-Specific General Requirements

(Applies to all sites)

Project Manager/Site Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 8–10 years of project leadership experience
  • Strong contract, cost, and schedule management capability

Project Planner

  • Proven experience using Primavera P6
  • Ability to create WBS, project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting

Document Controller

  • Experience with document management systems (DMS, Aconex, etc.)
  • Strong organization and control of technical documents and revisions

QA/QC Manager

  • Experience in QA/QC implementation, ITPs, NCR management
  • Relevant certifications: ISO 9001, CSWIP/BGAS/ASNT (depending on specialty)

HSE Engineer

  • Minimum NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent)
  • Strong safety compliance background in Oil & Gas or Water sectors

Senior Discipline Roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & I&C)

  • Degree in the relevant engineering field
  • 7–10 years of design, construction, or commissioning experience
  • Sector-specific background (Water or Oil & Gas depending on site assignment)
