Key Responsibilities

  1. Master Data Management & Governance


• Own and manage master data across all domains (Material, Vendor, Customer, HR, Financial).


• Ensure accuracy, standardization, and compliance with Alfa's governance framework.


• Define and enforce data policies, procedures, and validation rules.


• Collaborate with business owners to maintain high-quality data in S/4HANA.

  1. Data Cleansing & Migration


• Lead all cleansing activities during pre– and post–Go-Live phases.


• Validate and reconcile data migration from legacy systems to S/4HANA.


• Identify and resolve anomalies, duplicates, and inconsistencies.


• Work closely with Arete consultants and power users on data uploads and conversions.

  1. System Configuration & Process Support


• Support data-related configurations and enhancements in S/4HANA.


• Document process flows, data structures, and dependencies.


• Partner with functional teams (Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, Operations) to ensure alignment.

  1. Training, Documentation & Support


• Develop SOPs, user manuals, and governance documentation.


• Train key and end users on master data standards.


• Provide ongoing support, analysis, and issue resolution.

  1. Continuous Improvement & Reporting


• Conduct regular data quality audits and generate automated reports.


• Recommend enhancements to improve data governance and digital efficiency.


• Track and report KPIs related to data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Requirements & Qualifications


• Strong background in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI).


• Finance and/or IT background preferred.


• Minimum 3 years of SAP experience — S/4HANA experience strongly preferred.


• Saudi Nationality is mandatory.
