We are hiring Concrete Pump Operator & Driver for leading Maintenance Company in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

Responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pumping equipment and driving heavy vehicles to transport the pump to and from job sites. The operator ensures safe, accurate, and efficient pumping of concrete while complying with safety regulations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Operation:

• Operate concrete pump trucks to pour ready-mix concrete at construction sites.

• Control the boom, line, and pump pressure to ensure efficient concrete delivery.

• Perform pre-operational checks and ensure the pump is in proper working condition.

• Monitor the movement of the pump and adjust as needed to ensure smooth delivery.

2. Driving and Transportation:

• Safely drive concrete pump trucks to and from job sites, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

• Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of equipment.

• Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery records.

3. Maintenance and Safety Compliance:

• Perform routine maintenance (e.g., greasing, cleaning, checking fluid levels) and report defects.

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues on-site.

• Follow safety regulations, site protocols, and company guidelines to prevent hazards.

• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and maintain cleanliness.

4. Communication and Coordination:

• Coordinate with site supervisors, ready-mix drivers, and contractors for efficient operations.

• Communicate any delays, breakdowns, or issues to management promptly.

• Provide guidance to spotters and other crew members during pumping.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Commercial Drivers License from KSA (CDL)

• Proven experience operating concrete pumps and driving heavy vehicles.

• Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic pump maintenance.

• Understanding of construction site safety and equipment handling.

• Ability to read and interpret job orders, site plans, and technical instructions.

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in challenging environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in concrete pumping and heavy vehicle operation.

• Certification in concrete pump operation (if required by local regulations).
