Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and accomplished Sales & service specialist with a proven track record in selling instrumentation and analyzer solutions—including flow, pressure, temperature, level, and Liquid and Gas Analyzers and systems—to clients in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Water & WW sectors. The ideal candidate should possess 3–5 years of experience, a strong technical background, and the ability to manage techno-commercial sales across the Kingdom. This role demands strategic thinking, technical fluency, and a results-driven approach. A valid KSA/GCC driving license is required; KSA experience is an added advantage.

· Analytical mindset with knowledge of organizational offering.

Key Responsibilities
:

1. Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations, tenders, proposals, and technical documentation to meet customer deadlines.

2. Interpret customer requirements and provide technical assistance to clients and internal stakeholders.

3. Conduct technical training and present strong technical arguments to position our solutions against competitors.

4. Respond promptly to inquiries with accurate pricing and solution details to improve time-to-market.

5. Build a regional sales network through distributors to maximize field engagement and sales conversion.

6. Target clients in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water Treatment, and Utility sectors.

7. Conversant with design, selection, and BOM preparation for instrumentation skids, analyzer shelters, and control systems.

8. Manage key accounts and maintain relationships with clients using brands such as Emerson, Yokogawa, ABB, Endress+Hauser, Siemens, and similar.

9. Well-versed in System solution with Liquid & Gas analyzers.

10. Knowledge of valve selection (Globe, Gate, Ball, Butterfly, Diaphragm) and integration with control systems.

11. Selection and estimation of field instruments based on process parameters (Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, etc.).

12. Provide after-sales support and technical service (level 1) to foster long-term client relationships.

13. Proactively manage order progress and respond to client updates within expected timelines.

14. Communicate delivery changes or potential issues with transparency and professionalism.

Qualifications
:

· Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

· Specialized certifications in instrumentation or analyzer systems are a plus
