Work Mode: Onsite – Dedicated Service Provider

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Support professional to provide operational and technical support for SharePoint (On-Premises & Online) and internal portals. The role focuses on ensuring availability, performance, security, and delivering an exceptional end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint and internal portals within agreed SLAs/OLAs.


• Support internal portal users and maintain content updates.


• Apply security updates and configurations for SharePoint.


• Develop and maintain web parts, customizations, and UI enhancements.


• Monitor system health, Health Analyzer, and logs, applying necessary fixes.


• Administer permissions, governance, and security (AD/Azure AD, SSO, MFA).


• Plan and execute patching, cumulative updates, backups/restores, and DR procedures.


• Lead site/content migrations using ShareGate or native tools.


• Automate processes using PowerShell/PnP scripts.


• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).


• Develop SPFx solutions as required.


• Follow change management procedures; use Git/Azure DevOps for promotions across DEV/UAT/PROD.


• Participate in on-call/after-hours support when required.

Qualifications & Experience


• 10+ years overall IT experience, with at least 6 years in SharePoint administration/support.


• Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2016/2019 and/or SharePoint Online.


• Solid understanding of Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server.


• Experience in SharePoint development and server administration.


• Development experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular).


• Front-end development skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, REST API); SPFx and PnP experience preferred.


• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira).


• Proven ability to meet SLAs and communicate with stakeholders effectively.


• Microsoft SharePoint certification – preferred.


• Additional certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator, Power Platform) – an advantage.
