Job Purpose:

Kafa'at is looking for BPM Analyst – Tamheer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
  • Document processes using BPM tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN 2.0).
  • Support process governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process awareness and adoption.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer science or related field.
  • Knowledge of BPM methodologies and tools (e.g., ARIS, Signavio, Visio).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Understanding of process frameworks (e.g., eTOM, ITIL, ISO) is a plus.

Tamheer Requirements:


• To be a Saudi citizen.


• Should hold a
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
.


• To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).


• Shouldn't have the practical experience more than one year registered in GOSI.


• Should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector.
