We are seeking experienced and results-driven F&B professionals to work as independent consultants under the Business Compass brand.​You will have the flexibility to take on projects that fit your schedule and expertise, delivering our proven consulting services to a growing list of clients. We handle the client acquisition, branding, and operational systems; you focus on what you do best—solving problems and delivering exceptional results for clients.​Key Responsibilities:​Deliver a range of consulting services to our F&B clients, including on-site audits, menu development, operational restructuring, and staff training.​Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects, managing the relationship from start to finish.​Utilize the Business Compass toolkit and methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.​Represent the Business Compass brand with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.​**Who We're Looking For (The Ideal Partner):​An Experienced F&B Professional: You have 5+ years of senior experience in the F&B industry (e.g., as a Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, Operations Manager, or independent consultant).​A Pr- o *blem Solver: You rong>have a proven track record of identifying operational weaknesses and implementing effective solutions.​An E- xcellent Communicator: You can** confidently advise business owners and train their staff.​Entre preneurial Mindset: You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and excited by a performance-based partnership.​Local Market Knowledge: You h ave a deep understanding of the Saudi F&B scene.​Bilin gual (Arabic & English): This is a major advantage. ​ Compensation Model: ​This is a 100% performance-based role with high earning potential.Our model is built on a fair and lucrative percentage-based structure:​You will receive a significant percentage (starting at 55%) of the total project fee for every client engagement you successfully deliver.​This model rewards you directly for your expertise and results, offering flexibility and uncapped income potential.​How to Apply: ​If you are an experienced F&B professional ready for a flexible and rewarding partnership, we want to hear from you.​Please send your CV and a brief cover letter explaining your relevant experience and why you would be a great fit for this partnership to:​-​****
