We are seeking a highly qualified
Project Manager
with extensive experience in
infrastructure projects
, particularly in
water and wastewater networks
and
brackish water reverse osmosis (BWRO) desalination plants
.

The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure high-quality project execution, and deliver projects in compliance with local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full execution of
    water and wastewater network projects
    , including pumping stations, main and secondary pipelines, and inspection chambers.
  • Manage all
    technical, administrative, and financial
    aspects of the project to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules using
    MS Project or Primavera
    , ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Review and approve
    shop drawings
    and coordinate with the technical office and consultants to ensure design compliance.
  • Supervise the
    design, installation, and commissioning of BWRO desalination plants
    , ensuring they meet engineering standards and quality specifications.
  • Monitor daily site operations, ensuring the highest standards of
    construction quality, material safety, and workmanship
    .
  • Lead engineering and technical teams, ensuring effective coordination and optimal performance across disciplines.
  • Manage
    contractors and suppliers
    , overseeing procurement schedules and installation activities.
  • Supervise all phases of
    testing and commissioning
    prior to final project handover.
  • Ensure strict adherence to
    Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
    policies and project quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit
    weekly and monthly progress reports
    to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil or Mechanical Engineering
    .
  • Minimum of
    10 years of experience
    in managing
    infrastructure projects
    , including water and wastewater networks and
    BWRO desalination systems
    .
  • Proven track record in managing
    governmental or large-scale projects
    within the Kingdom.
  • Proficiency in preparing project schedules using
    MS Project or Primavera
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    AutoCAD, MS Office,
    and technical reporting software.
  • Solid understanding of
    SBI Code
    ,

    ,
    NFPA
    ,
    ASTM
    , and
    ASME
    standards.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
