Job Purpose:

The Sales & Event Specialist plays a key role in daily booth operations at Boutique by Al-Khozama Wedding Booth. The role focuses on customer engagement, ensuring an excellent guest experience, managing coffee service, maintaining booth appearance, and following Saudi Royal and HNWI protocol.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Assist Supervisor with daily booth operations.
  • Ensure booth is functional, presentable, and well-organized.
  • Troubleshoot issues (e.g., iPads, promotional materials).

Booth Maintenance

  • Maintain booth cleanliness and display organization.
  • Ensure technology (e.g., iPads) is charged and working.
  • Report maintenance needs.

Coffee Service Coordination

  • Coordinate with coffee service provider.
  • Ensure coffee station is stocked, clean, and welcoming.

Guest Engagement & Customer Service

  • Welcome guests and explain wedding/catering services.
  • Provide information on:
  • Dresses, Jewelry, Music, F&B, Flowers, Chocolate, Entertainment
  • Use brochures and iPads for presentations.
  • Build rapport and personalize interactions.

Protocol Compliance

  • Follow Saudi Royal & HNWI protocol.
  • Maintain professional appearance and discretion.
  • Escalate questions to Supervisor and ensure follow-up.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Provide activity updates to Supervisor.
  • Work with staff to ensure smooth booth operations.
  • Collect customer feedback and report suggestions.

Brand Representation

  • Represent Boutique by Al-Khozama professionally.
  • Adhere to dress code and grooming standards.
  • Maintain luxury brand image in booth environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in luxury/high-end service sectors:
  • Hospitality, event management, retail.
  • Minimum 2 years in customer-facing role.

Preferred Certifications

  • Relevant certification preferred.

Skills

  • Communication:
    Strong interpersonal skills; confident with high-profile clients.
  • Language:
    Fluent English & Arabic.
  • Technical:
    Proficient with iPads and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Strong organization and presentation.
  • Appearance & Professionalism:
