Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs in coordination with department managers and prepare annual training plans.
  • Design, organize, and deliver training programs that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee Tamheer program & diploma programs for Saudi trainees.
  • Coordinate internal and external trainings.
  • Develop and manage onboarding programs to ensure effective integration of new employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and training evaluations.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly L&D reports and dashboards.
  • Support the development of competency frameworks and career development initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing talent development programs and continuous learning strategies.
  • Ensure training activities comply with company policies and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment (wire/cable industry is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of training coordination, instructional design basics, and employee development practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
