Role Description
This role provides creative leadership for the visual design ecosystem of Mirkaz ALBalad ALAmeen, ensuring the production of high-quality design materials that align with the brand identity and its messaging. The Design Manager oversees the design team and develops creative strategies that enhance audience experience and support media content and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the creative design strategy and ensure visual identity consistency across all channels.
- Oversee the production of all visual materials, including graphics, motion graphics, and presentations.
- Lead the design team and distribute tasks to ensure high quality and timely project execution.
- Collaborate with content, media, and production teams to align visual messaging with media content and events.
- Review and approve all designs and materials before publication or presentation.
- Stay updated with innovation and apply best practices in design and user experience.
Professional Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in design, including leadership experience managing design teams.
- Ability to lead creative teams and manage complex design projects.
- Advanced proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Deep understanding of visual identity, brand design, and user experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Time and task management skills to ensure on-schedule project delivery.
- Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative design solutions.
- Knowledge of modern design trends and digital production tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Preferably experience working on large-scale projects or national/international events.
Job Details:
- Seasonal role.
- Based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
