Job Description: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and detailed project plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project resources, assign responsibilities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and project management tools.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive resolution.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders, leadership, and clients.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to support project planning and execution.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
