Capgemini is seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation initiative. We are embarking on a comprehensive transformation of supply chain and Gen AI functions. As a s. Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal advisory and executional role, working directly with senior leadership to redefine supply chain strategies, implement state-of-the-art systems, and elevate performance across procurement, logistics, inventory, planning, and analytics. This is an on-site position based in Saudi Arabia, offering the opportunity to contribute to a world-class transformation initiative with significant impact across the organization.

Strategic Supply Chain Advisory

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and deliver supply chain transformation requirements for a Gen AI-driven project.
• Gather and document functional requirements for supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, inventory, planning).
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for AI and analytics solutions.
• Validate and optimize supply chain models for demand forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regional and international supply chain regulations and sustainability standards.
• Provide domain expertise to guide Gen AI solution design and testing. Provide Supply Chain domain expertise to guide Gen AI solution design and testing.

Regulatory & Sustainability Oversight

• Provide deep subject matter expertise on global and regional supply chain regulations, sustainability frameworks, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in the Middle East and globally, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to advise on supply chain strategies, regulatory risks, and mitigation actions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

• Build and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, finance, and external advisors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader for senior management, effectively communicating complex supply chain concepts.
• Represent the supply chain function in board-level presentations and key stakeholder meetings.

• good understanding of SQL & python and data visualisation.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in leveraging analytics, predictive modelling, and AI-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Supply Chain Transformation & Strategy: Proven expertise in designing and executing supply chain transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Advanced Planning & Logistics: Skilled in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), demand forecasting, and scenario modelling.
• Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability: Deep understanding of global and Middle East (especially UAE & Saudi Arabia) supply chain regulations, ESG frameworks, and sustainability practices.
• Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex supply chain insights into actionable recommendations for executives and boards.
• Advanced Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management: Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Meeting Deadlines: Proven ability to manage and execute complex projects under tight timelines, with a results-oriented and analytical mindset.
