Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating strategies to expand the company's reach. The role will involve regularly meeting potential clients, negotiating deals, and achieving targeted business growth by identifying and seizing new opportunities in alignment with the company's vision.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
- Experience in Market Research, Client Relationship Management, and Partnership Building
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the food industry is a plus
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
