Job Opening: Business Development Manager – Middle East

HEXONIC HEAT EXCHANGERS LLC

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Work mode: mobile + remote

For nearly 40 years, we've been delivering reliable heat exchange technologies used around the world. Our solutions reach over 60 countries, supported by 10 subsidiaries and 6 production facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities and projects within the assigned region and sales channel.
  • Monitoring the market and competition, and recommending product or sales strategy improvements.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with customers: providing technical support, preparing offers, leading meetings and negotiations.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service, including post-sales activities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams: sales, application engineering, customer service, marketing, and production.
  • Planning and reporting activities in the CRM system.
  • Preparing reports on sales activities and project progress.

Requirements

  • Higher education—preferably technical (mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, construction engineering, or related fields).
  • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience with technical or industrial products.
  • Experience working with Middle Eastern markets, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia.
  • Solid understanding of regional business etiquette and cultural dynamics in the Middle East.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and strong business professionalism.
  • Understanding of the B2B ecosystem: investors, designers, contractors, distributors.
  • Strong negotiation and sales conversation skills.
  • Excellent command of English (fully comfortable with presentations, meetings, and documentation); Arabic language skills considered an additional asset.
  • Prior experience collaborating with project consultants will be considered a strong advantage.
  • A solid understanding of heat exchangers will be highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
