Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in the Riyadh Region. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include supervising operational processes, managing resources, implementing strategies for efficiency, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves coordinating with different departments to execute projects effectively and ensuring exceptional service delivery standards aligned with CODEBXO's mission.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in operational management, resource allocation, project execution, and team leadership
  • Proficiency in process optimization, workflow improvement, and implementing efficiency strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to coordinate across diverse teams
  • Knowledge of IT service solutions, software development processes, and digital marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to monitor performance metrics and ensure organizational compliance with policies and goals
  • Experience in fostering team collaboration and building effective cross-functional working relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • Prior experience in operations management, preferably in the IT or digital solutions industry
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques is an advantage

Experience & Skills:

Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role within an IT services or software development company.

Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Managed Services.

Agile Mindset: Expert-level knowledge of Jira, Trello, or Asana for workflow automation.

Preferred Certifications:

ITIL Foundation/Master: (Highly Preferred) To ensure our service management aligns with international best practices.

PMP or Prince2: To demonstrate a structured approach to project and resource management.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM): To lead our agile transitions and daily stand-ups effectively.

COBIT or Six Sigma: A plus for candidates focused on governance and process improvement.
