Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Jeddah. The Ecommerce Specialist will handle daily e-commerce operations, including managing products, optimizing listings, monitoring online sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include analyzing sales trends to improve strategies, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and maintaining the e-commerce platform for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and a solid understanding of online sales processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide support and resolve issues effectively
  • Experience in Sales or an understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or retail industries is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English and/or Arabic is an added advantage
