About the Role

Green Group is seeking a highly skilled
QA/QC Manager
to oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality in the execution of Softscape and irrigation works. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, deep technical knowledge of landscaping standards, and the ability to enforce compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific QA/QC plan for softscape and irrigation works.
  • Review all material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications, approved submittals, and landscape design requirements.
  • Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and preventive measures, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards, local codes, and client/consultant quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with the project manager, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors regarding quality matters.
  • Verify workmanship, plant quality, soil mixes, irrigation installation, pressure testing, and system commissioning.
  • Maintain quality documentation, inspection logs, and handover records.
  • Prepare QA/QC reports, weekly progress quality summaries, and ensure readiness for consultant inspections.
  • Lead internal quality audits and oversee continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum
    5–7 years of experience
    in QA/QC roles within landscaping, softscape, or irrigation projects in KSA.
  • Strong understanding of irrigation systems (pump rooms, pipes, valves), planting standards, soil science, and landscape execution methods.
  • Experience in preparing QA/QC documentation and handling consultant approvals.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and enforce quality requirements with professionalism.
