IT Technician

We are seeking a
talented and dedicated IT Technician
to join our team and become a key player in maintaining and enhancing our company's essential IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering
high-quality technical support
, ensuring network stability, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert end-user technical support
  for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and networking equipment across our infrastructure (
  LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi
  ).
• Manage user identity and access
  including user accounts, permissions, and email configurations within
  Active Directory / Microsoft 365
  environments.
• Execute routine system updates, security patches, and
  antivirus/endpoint security maintenance
  .
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues efficiently.
• Support
  IT Asset Management
  by maintaining accurate inventory control and comprehensive documentation of IT systems.
• Assist with critical tasks such as system backups, data recovery procedures, and ensuring
  IT security compliance
  .
• Collaborate effectively with external vendors and internal teams to implement new IT projects and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Experience:
  1–3 years of hands-on experience
  in IT support, helpdesk operations, or network administration.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong, demonstrable knowledge of:
• Windows 10/11
  and the
  Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  .
• Core
  Network Fundamentals
  (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Active Directory
  and
  Group Policy Management
  .
• Basic understanding of IT security principles and backup/disaster recovery systems.
• Desirable Skills:
  Familiarity with professional ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk) is a strong advantage.

• Certifications (A Plus):
