Role Description

This is an on-site role based in Dammam for a Construction Specialist. The Construction Specialist will oversee construction-related tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and architectural plans. They will also manage project budgets, conduct site inspections, and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of scaffolding projects.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Construction and Architecture
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and project financial management
  • Experience in conducting site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of scaffolding design and installation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
