Role Overview:
Drive new revenue for AAP by generating and qualifying leads, presenting the value of bundled legal & advisory packages, and closing annual subscriptions. You'll run a compliant, professional sales process using CRM and digital channels, and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your pipeline in the CRM; keep opportunities updated daily.
- Generate qualified leads (field/inside/telesales) and run discovery to map needs.
- Prepare accurate proposals/quotations and handle objections professionally.
- Close monthly targets across product tiers; log all activities and calls.
- Cross-sell/upsell add-on services where relevant.
- Follow up post-sale within 7 days to confirm service alignment and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Legal Account Managers; escalate compliance questions when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing.
- 2–4 years' experience in B2B/B2C sales.
- Fluent Arabic & English; strong written/oral communication.
- Solid CRM skills , call tracking, and email automation.
- Professional-services background and multi-line environment are pluses.
