Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Sales Account Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation, managing accounts to build lasting client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to address client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or e-commerce sectors.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a hunter / new business development role.
- Strong ability to generate and close leads independently (cold calls, field visits, LinkedIn prospecting, referrals).
- Familiarity with Incoterms (FCA, DDP, DAP, EXW) and international/domestic shipping solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a sales executive or similar role is advantageous
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
