Fixed Asset Management Specialist

Job Purpose
The Fixed Assets Data Encoder role requires expertise in accurate data encoding, verification, and inventory counts, alongside proficiency in mobile assets application. Responsibilities include precise input of asset data, labelling assets, and ensuring 100% data accuracy. The role also entails maintaining strict data quality controls. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively for on-site client visits across the Kingdom. Previous experience in Fixed Assets Data Collection is Mandatory.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Able to utilize Fixed Assets Management applications on mobile devices proficiently for data collection and management.
- Label fixed assets with Barcode, QR code, and RFID labels for accurate identification and tracking.
- Thoroughly review data for deficiencies and errors to maintain 100% accuracy, ensuring high-quality data for clients.
- All fixed assets data must be accurately encoded using approved software or applications.
- Regular verification of fixed assets data and inventory counts must be conducted to reconcile physical assets with recorded data.
- Able to identify and distinguish fixed assets.
- All fixed assets must be labeled with Barcode, QR code, or RFID labels for accurate identification and tracking.
- All data must be thoroughly reviewed for deficiencies and errors to maintain 100% accuracy.
- Employees must be willing to travel extensively for client site visits as the role demands.
- Accurately encode fixed assets data using specialized software or applications.
- Strong Expertise in using fixed assets applications and software.
- Verify fixed assets data and conduct inventory counts to reconcile physical assets with recorded data.
- Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register using Microsoft Excel.
- Review, modify, and correct fixed asset data as required to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Record additions, disposals, transfers, and adjustments of fixed assets in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly fixed asset reports.
- Ensure fixed asset records are properly documented and aligned with internal controls and procedures.

- High School/Batchelor's Degree is Preferred
- Minimum 3 Year in FAM
