Role Description

Mission235 is seeking a full-time Saudi National to join our team in Jeddah AlBalad as
Leasing and Admin Coordinator
. This role will be based at our upcoming center in Jeddah Al-Balad (currently under the leasing process).

She/He will be responsible for day-to-day leasing administration duties, including screening prospective tenants, processing lease agreements and documentation, handling customer inquiries, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance of leasing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing lease paperwork, maintaining accurate tenant and leasing records, and tracking related documentation.
  • Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
  • Support the leasing process by coordinating with potential tenants and conducting site visits.
  • Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
  • Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and office operations at the Jeddah center.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Generate new leads and support tenant relations with professionalism.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
  • Maintaining an effective filing system.
  • Negotiating leasing terms and conditions and close deals.
  • Willing to travel inside KSA, if required.

Qualifications

  • Saudi Nationality (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in
    administration, leasing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of leasing processes, lease agreements, and documentation.
  • Experience with customer service and handling customer inquiries.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
