Job Description
The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards to ensure that all products, systems, and services meet customer and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting internal and external audits, performing routine inspections, analyzing quality performance data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Engineer collaborates closely with engineering, operations, and project management teams to uphold organizational quality objectives and ensure service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with organizational and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and tests to verify compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support the development of quality plans, inspection criteria, and test protocols for systems and equipment.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and prepare comprehensive quality reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure adherence to quality objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal quality management systems (QMS).
  • Participate in supplier evaluations and support supplier quality improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, root cause analysis, FMEA).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Educational & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, Telecommunication, or Electronics Engineering.
  • ASQ (American Society for Quality) certification is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related engineering fields.
