Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting sales presentations, developing relationships with clients, and understanding customer requirements to offer tailored solutions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, addressing technical inquiries, and serving as a bridge between engineering and sales teams.
Qualifications
- Skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to effectively understand and solve client-specific challenges
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills to convey technical information clearly and collaborate with both internal teams and clients
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to propose innovative solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the oil & gas or water solutions industry is an advantage
