Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mecca. As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring compliance with medical regulations and hospital protocols. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, reviewing prescriptions, providing expert guidance on medications, and ensuring timely and accurate service to patients. Additionally, the Pharmacy Supervisor will focus on maintaining high standards of customer service and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice, with a thorough understanding of pharmacological principles and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Prescriptions with attention to accuracy and patient safety
• Strong skills in Customer Service with a focus on effective communication and patient care
• Knowledge of Immunization protocols and practices
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
