Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor based in the Riyadh Region. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, preparing course materials, designing and grading assignments, and supporting students in their academic and professional development. Additional duties may include conducting research, participating in academic committees, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the institute's curriculum and programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong instructional and lecturing skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
  • Proficiency in developing academic course materials and assessing student performance.
  • Research and analytical skills with a focus on contributing to the academic growth of the institution.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills to support student development and teamwork with colleagues.
  • Doctoral degree or equivalent in the relevant field of expertise.
  • Proven track record of academic or professional achievement in the designated subject area is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with using modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies is preferred.
