Job Summery

To assist the security unit head in all administrative matters and take his full responsibility when he is absent

Job Description


• Submit daily or monthly reports to the unit's Head of Security.


• Ensure compliance in accordance with the duties and responsibilities of the catering security and verifying the implementation of security standards.


• Participate in preparing and drafting the operational security manual with the unit's Head of Security.


• Attend all meetings and committees related to security operations.


• Develop an annual vacation plan and submit it for security head approval.


• Develop shift schedules for security unit head for approval.


• Organizing and coordinating meetings of security supervisors in the unit


• Follow-up on all training records and accreditation licenses for all security personnel.


• Hold regular meetings with security supervisors and security employees to provide the latest update on rules and procedures.


• Prepare and discuss the monthly assessment of all staff with supervisors before submitting it to the Head of Security.
