Position Overview:

We are seeking a
creative, hands-on content specialist
to lead video and image content creation for both
social media platforms and online stores
.

The ideal candidate should understand
what visual style attracts audiences
, be able to
guide the shooting team
, and ensure all product visuals reflect the brand's quality and appeal to local consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning & Production

  • Plan and execute short video and photo content for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Develop product presentation ideas and guide photographers/videographers on shooting angles, lighting, and storytelling.
  • Review and approve all content before publication, ensuring alignment with brand tone and marketing strategy.
  • Maintain high creative standards and visual consistency across all channels.

2. Social Media Advertising

  • Manage and schedule paid ad campaigns across platforms.
  • Analyze campaign data (CTR, conversion rate, engagement) and provide optimization suggestions.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and identify viral content patterns relevant to Saudi audiences.

3. E-Commerce Product Management

  • Upload and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, Salla, Trendyol, and other platforms.
  • Ensure all images, descriptions, and keywords meet SEO and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with the design and supply chain teams for new product launches.

4. Team Collaboration & Supervision

  • Work closely with marketing, PR, and sales teams to ensure unified brand messaging.
  • Provide creative direction to photographers, models, and editors.
  • Support junior staff and ensure timely delivery of all content schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in
    video editing tools
    (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut).
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling and understanding of what attracts viewers.
  • Hands-on experience with
    TikTok/Meta Ads
    and influencer collaborations is a plus.
  • English proficiency required;
    knowledge of Arabic culture
    or experience in GCC market preferred.

  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with understanding of audience engagement metrics.
