Role Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage our Accounting, Tax, and Internal Audit services in Saudi Arabia. The role involves handling client work, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day operations while helping grow our KSA practice.

This role is suitable for a CA with 2–3 years of consulting experience who wants to work in KSA and grow into a country leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

  • Oversee bookkeeping, accounting, and preparation/review of financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and KSA regulatory requirements
  • Review MIS, reconciliations, and financial controls
  • Support clients in improving accounting processes and reporting quality

2. Tax & ZATCA Compliance

  • Handle VAT, Zakat, Withholding Tax, and related compliance
  • Manage ZATCA filings, assessments, audits, and clarifications
  • Advise clients on e-invoicing (FATOORA) implementation and compliance
  • Provide practical tax advisory and compliance planning support

3. Internal Audit & Risk Advisory

  • Plan and execute internal audit assignments for SMEs and corporates
  • Review internal controls, processes, and risk management frameworks
  • Prepare clear internal audit reports with actionable recommendations
  • Follow up on implementation of audit observations

4. Client Management & Advisory

  • Act as the primary point of contact for KSA clients
  • Conduct client meetings, advisory discussions, and compliance reviews
  • Ensure timely delivery of assignments with quality and accuracy
  • Coordinate with UAE and India backend teams for execution support

5. Operations & Practice Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the KSA practice
  • Review work performed by junior team members and consultants
  • Support client onboarding, proposals, and engagement management
  • Assist in building processes, controls, and standard operating procedures for KSA operations.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting, tax, internal audit, or consulting
  • Strong interest in practicing Accounting, Tax, and Internal Audit
  • Working knowledge of:
  • KSA VAT & ZATCA regulations
  • IFRS and financial reporting
  • Internal audit methodologies
  • Good communication, client-handling, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of KSA operations
