Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise electrical work related to substation equipment such as transformers, switchgears, breakers, protection systems, and cables.


• Monitor daily work progress, allocate tasks to technicians, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.


• Perform inspections and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.


• Assist in testing and commissioning substation equipment including HV/MV equipment.


• Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate corrective maintenance.


• Ensure safety compliance at site including implementation of lockout/tagout procedures and risk assessments.


• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, material tracking, and progress updates for management review.

Requirements:


• Candidates Must have 6-7 years of experience in the respected field.


• Candidates who have gulf experience are preferred.


• Supervise and manage electrical site activities across EPC, commercial, residential, and industrial projects.


• Ensure all electrical installations are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.


• Oversee installation of power distribution systems, lighting, grounding, cable routing, and related MEP works.


• Coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors, and daily work schedules to meet project timelines.


• Review electrical shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents.


• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
