SWATX is looking for a dedicated Technology PMO Specialist to join our dynamic Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to facilitate project delivery and improve overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of PMO processes, methodologies, and best practices for technology project management.
  • Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring technology projects, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Consolidate project status reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and lessons learned sessions.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and change logs.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and communication.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions on project management tools and techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles within a technology environment
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
