Description

Responsibilities:

•    Lead the development and execution of the Quality Management Plan (QMP) to ensure alignment with ARAMCO standards (SAES and SAMSS).

•    Oversee quality assurance and control activities across all phases, including procurement, construction, and commissioning.

•    Conduct regular audits, quality reviews, and non-conformance reporting, and ensure resolution through corrective actions.

•    Ensure material inspections, vendor qualifications, and documentation align with ARAMCO specifications and project requirements.

•    Coordinate with client representatives for quality assurance audits and reviews.

•    Train and mentor the quality team, ensuring they are proficient in ARAMCO-specific standards and procedures.

•    Maintain detailed quality records and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
   
Qualifications:

•    
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).

•    12–20 years of experience in quality management, with a minimum of 5 years on ARAMCO projects.

•    ARAMCO approval as a QC Manager is mandatory.

•    Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) preferred.

•    Strong knowledge of ARAMCO engineering standards and procedures.
