About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Customer Experience to lead and enhance our customer journey across all touchpoints. This role will oversee customer service, operational quality, and client experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Sharik's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities


• Design and continuously improve the Customer Journey Map from first contact to post-sale.


• Lead and develop customer service teams, ensuring timely and effective support.


• Establish and monitor quality standards across all customer-facing operations.


• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through CX strategies, surveys, and NPS programs.


• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.


• Provide insights and reports to senior management on customer satisfaction and quality metrics.


• Build a customer-first culture and implement tools/technologies that elevate the experience.

Key Qualifications


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Quality, or related field.


• 7–10 years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, or Quality Management.


• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.


• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Customer Journey Mapping, and CX tools.


• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
