Specialist, Olympic Solidarity

Job Purpose
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of Olympic Solidarity programs that help National Federations (NFs) and athletes prepare for Olympic and Paralympic events. The role focuses on day-to-day execution, coordination with NFs, and ensuring program activities follow SOPC guidelines and contribute to developing Saudi athletes and sports organizations.

Job Specific Accountabilities
Program Coordination and Support

• Assist in coordinating and delivering Olympic Solidarity programs that support NFs and athletes in their Olympic and Paralympic preparations.
• Help develop and update program materials, guidelines, and tools to ensure activities are aligned with SOPC objectives.
• Support in identifying basic program needs and propose practical enhancements that improve the support provided to NFs and athletes.

Training and Capacity-Building Support

• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars related to NF development, governance, and operational practices.
• Support in preparing training content, logistics, and communication with NFs and participants.
• Gather feedback on training activities and highlight areas that may need improvement or further support.

International Relations & Representation Support

• Assist in preparing materials, presentations, and reports for international meetings and conferences related to Olympic Solidarity.
• Help maintain communication with international partners and stakeholders and track updates or opportunities that may benefit Saudi NFs and athletes.

Monitoring and Evaluation Assistance

• Collect data, feedback, and documentation to support the monitoring and evaluation of Olympic Solidarity programs.
• Prepare regular summaries and basic reports to help assess program effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Help maintain accurate records and follow up on action items from evaluations.
