As Operations Lead, you will be the backbone of seamless HR, Finance, Office Management, and Executive Support, ensuring the business runs smoothly, remains compliant, and supports a vibrant, high-performance culture. Reporting directly to local leadership, you'll play a critical role in supporting both day-to-day execution and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, Saudization, and employee support.
  • Oversee financial operations: manage payments, payroll, vendor coordination, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Direct daily office management: facilities, documentation, government portals, vendor relationships.
  • Provide executive support: assist senior management with scheduling, priorities, and operational coordination.
  • Collaborate with HQ and local partners to align best practices and build a strong local talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Saudization, fluent in Arabic and English.
  • 4–6 years' experience in HR, finance operations, or shared services—ideally within fintech, tech, or high-growth sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage payroll, office operations, and vendors end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
