The organization is a multi-billion-dollar enterprise with over 70,000 employees worldwide, recognized for delivering innovative and mission-critical solutions across defense, aerospace, and digital security domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and account strategies to expand the security solutions footprint within key Saudi clients.
  • Create detailed account plans aligned with customer objectives and internal business goals, ensuring collaboration across functions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving long-term growth and sustainable partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to position the company's offerings effectively and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all security-related engagements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 20 years of experience
    , including
    at least 10 years within the KSA market
    .
  • Proven success in
    winning and managing complex, high-value projects
    in
    security systems, BMS, access control, or related technology solutions
    .
  • Strong
    commercial and strategic acumen
    , with the ability to lead sophisticated negotiations and influence key decision-makers.
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder-management skills
    , both internally and externally.
  • Arabic fluency is required
